I came back to US from vacation and my h1b stamping was denied. It is more than 7 months now and my employers are yet to hear from USCIS why it was denied. What are the alternatives i can work out in this?
Can i apply for any other visa and enter US?

It usually takes 9 months - 1 year. You may not get other visa with this one denied. employer to refile a brand new H-1B. Once its approved you can again apply for an H-1B visa, but unless you can successfully agrees the grounds of the first visa's denial, a new petition's approval will not do you any good.
