Being on H1B means the payroll is to be kept running. I work as a full time for a reputed company in Silicon Valley. I do not have payroll issues.
However, due to personal reasons, I have to travel outside the US and stay in my country for practically 3-4 months.
During that time, I may not be working and will take a leave without pay from the company. Will that cause me to get out of status or is this a kind of violation for H1b condition?
