I am out of status with my h1b.. have a question on what are my alternatives?

H1b visa processing began ending Jan 2014. I have filed petition for both me and my wife based on EB2-NIW.

I no longer work in that company now. My MTR is denied. I have new facts and filing MTR again. What are m y options right now?
