I am out of status when I lost h1b, what are my options

I lost my h1b job last month due to some mis understanding and wrongful termination. So,now I am out of valid status and I need to talk to civil rights.
My i-94 expires 3 months later.

I need to wrap up my affairs and then go back to home country, i am aslo looking for options who can sponsor my h1b in a couple of weeks.
Any guidenece on how to proceed next?

Your best option is to file an application to change status to B-1/B2 visitor's visa, which will give you some breathing space a d keep you in status while you are pursuing the wrongful termination suit exploration and seeking to secure another H-1B employer.
