H1b approved,left the company, what next

I work on L2 EAD and my ex-employer has applied my h1b.
Now status is approved
1. Is it possible to transfer my h1b?
2. What will be my status L2 or h1b
3. I need to work with some other employer and transfer my h1b
4. If my previous employer notifies USCIS that I left the company, what will be my condition?

H-1Bs are employer specific and prudent employers will withdraw them if the employee resigns, is terminated, or does not show up for work.
