I am on L1 valid till aug2013, applied for H1 in Apr 2103 from same company. H1b query in jul 2013 asking for status from aug to sep 2013. company applied for L1 extension in june 2013 and responded to USCIS. L2 denied dec 2013. H1 still pending. can I stay in the country without working. pl advice.
