my date of birth is wrong in my H1b petition. My employer called USCIS and ask for get it correct. USCIS issued a letter, stating that they will review the case within 60 days. It has been more than 70 days, I have not heard anything from them.
Will my Visa be denied if I go for Visa stamping now?
OR
should I wait fot the answer from USCIS or should go for VISA stamping with approved petition.My employer filled this petition under cap exempt quota as I was already in US on H1B for other employer.
