From past 5+ years I am working in US and just have 8 months left for 6 years. I later moved to India and went for h1b stamping, got 221g verification pending for over 8 months.
My h1b was cancelled so I had to apply for H4 visa and it got approved.
1. can I travel back on h4 and then start GC process or should i extend h1b if employer is willing to
2. Is it good to wait for a couple of months and then come back to US with new employer?
