I was caught under DWI and have pending case while I am on h1b working in USA

Question

I was held up in April under DWI. I am Indian citizen working in US on h1b my BAC level was 10.
My road test wasn't that great so had to go back to my country.
Can I fight out for the conviction and is that going to affect my immigration status in anyway??
