WIll i be able to work legally part time anywhere while I am working for full time with an employer on h1b?

I am working on full time H1b and not planning to leave my primary job as of now.

I also got an opportunity to work part time elsewhere or do some freelance work.

Is it legal if i work on full time as well as part time with the same visa?

. Yes, it is illegal if you do that. and you will need a concurrent H1b to do that.
