Will i be able to work if my h1b is part time and can I apply for a full time h1b?

Question

I am currently holding 2 h1b jobs - 

1. full time h1b

2. part time concurrent h1b for 20-25 hr min

 

I am planning to quit my permanat h1b job since I applied for a new full time job and all the paper work is submitted to USCIS.

 

Can I keep working on 2nd job? Can i still maintain lawful status in the USA while my application for a new Job A is sent to USCIS?
