My b2 visa expires in October and h1b is still pending. What options do I have

I am on b2 visa which expires soon. My H1b is still pending. What will be my options if I don't hear from USCIS?
I am not planning to upgrade to premium processing because I can hear it might lead to RFE and delay. Please advice what can I do?

You should talk to your company attorney. One advice is, return to your home country and come back once you get the approval.
