Me and my husband are from Netherland and my husband was charged with DV felony case where I testified against him in pre-trial.
He has moved back to Netherland. Can I take DA office's help or do I need to go to Netherland and file a new case there?
Is there anything we can do from here, can San Diego police get him back for the trial?
