I had applied for L to H Conversion last year. it got approved in Feb 25,2013. But I left USA in Feb 11, 2013 for some personal reasons. The approved I797 has new I94 attached in it with expiration Jan 2014(which was not returned as I received this from my employer when I was in my home country).
Will this be a issue in my visa stamping interview at consulate office?
