What are the recent amendments in H1B laws in 2015?

My H1B petition have been accepted in the lottery in June 2015. Here is my scenario -

1. My wife who is also an IT professional have been shown as dependent in the application . I want her to be able to work over there if she moves to US with me .
2. For dependent what Visa my wife is supposed to get from my employer company ?
3. Is there any limitation of type of work she can perform in US ?
4. We are both employed in the same company . Will she be able to work for the same company in US?
5. I have heard she is supposed to get H2B visa in this scenario .Please confirm.

2) H4 Visa

3) If she is on H4 visa , She cannot work until your i-140 is approved.

4) If she wants to work, Ask your company to file a h-1b for her.
