WIll I be eligible for h1b visa and what are the issues I might face with my application?

I am pursuing my Computer science as an internation student from Singapore at Purdue university.

I am graduating in May 2014 and have a job offer.

But i was arrested in Feb 2012 for possessing 5 gms of marijuana.

Will I still be eligible for H1b visa? What problems could I face?
