what are the chances of getting H1B approved after I have applied for J1 waiver?

My employer has applied for H1B on my behalf with a lawyer. I had applied for J1 waiver two months ago. The DOS website says they have received my documents a few weeks back. What are my chances of getting J1 waiver before USCIS gets into my H1B application. What are the chances of my H1B getting approved?

There is no possiblity to say anything on what are the chances that your J1 waiver is approved before USCIS considers your H1B application. You can check with your lawyer since he will have a better picture on this
