What are my chances of getting H1b after RFE?

I got a request for RFE after I applied for h1b visa.

I have received a request for additional evidence that supports the reasoning behind needing a person with a Bachelors degree to cover this position.

how tough are the immigration officials in these cases? What chances do I have?
