Trying to file H1b visa, what are the employer requirements?

I have 6 employees on F1 in my consulting company working on OPT.
The permit is valid for a year from now. I am planning to file h1b for him so he can woek for my company full time.

Where do I find the details on what the employer requirements and the process I have to go through?
