Question on Changing H1b visa after marriage and before landing US?

I am appearing for h1b interview in last week of July.

I planned for my marriagte before flying to US. Will I face any issues with my passport and will i be able to continue since I haven't updated the single status for marital

 

Will my wife have any legal issues with h4 visa?

What should be the procedure? Can the guy mention this during the Visa interview?

You should be asking this to your Indian consulate if they need the change of name in there or not.
