Can you transfer visa after approval and before stamping?

My company sponsored my visa and I got apporval. But I cant travel to India right away and need to wait.
Meanwhile, can I moe to another company without stamping the H1b visa from previous company?

Yes, a new application can be filed before you get the visa stamped. Prove that you are working legally by showing them the proof that your h1b visa is still valid.
