Will my old employer revoke h1b after h1b transfer and get teh reciept with new employer before October 1

Question

I got my i-797 approved for h1b that was filed this year. I am on OPT until H1b start date of October.

Will I be able to transfer my h1b to new employer? 

Can my old employer ever file for my h1b revocation if I quit them?

 

Or once I got the reciept of h1b transfered to my new employer, can my old employer file for a revoke ?

Yes, an H-1B petition belongs to the employer and any prudent employer will cancel it if the person it was filed for is not working for them.
