QUestion on visa status for my approved H1b

Question

I'm on H1 B visa here in the US. My employment ended with my previous employer on 7/15/2013 who sponsored of my H1B to work here in the US . I don't have a job since July 15, 2013 and hopefully I will soon as I waiting for a offer by end of this Sept 2013. Will I have any issue in getting my visa renewed? or any other issue here?

if USCIS will ask you to submit your 3 latest pay stubs wen another employer files a new H-1B petition on your behalf. You in effect ceased being in H-1B status when your employment was terminated on July 15. You are now out of status and accruing "unlawful presence".
