Question about being suspected for dual intension on H1b visa

I have H1B extension, but green card is being processed by another company. When I go back home to receive a visa stamp, would this represent a problem at the embassy.

I never signed any documents regarding green card, but they started the process for me a year ago.

Please help me with suggestions

This should not be a problem when you get the H1 stamped.

Your H-1B employer does not have to be the same as your Green Card petitioning company.
