Changing status from H1b to F1 will this impact on i-140?

My employer is applying for PERM. I will be on H1b and plan to change my status to F1 and start school.

I am expecting PERM in Feb 2014. Wil it affect i-140 status and the perm H1b status when i file F1 visa?

No. The I-140 can impact your F-1.
