My L1b visa and i94 expires soon. I have got my h1b approved with COS from other employer
I have applied for L1A extension by my current employer.
Will i be able to start working for h1b employer and ask to cancel L1?

YOu should wait until your extension of h1b is granted. You cant change the job before that.
