Changing status from h1b to B2 and changing status from B2 to H4

Question

After getting laid off I had no option other than changing status from h1b to B2. I want to change back to H4 since i got married in July.

Will changing status from b2 to h3 impact h1B visa or GC in future>
Do my or his parents have problem in visiting US later?

I don't foresee any issues with changing status to H-4.
