I am currently on H1 B, but need to go back to my home country because of some personal family issues.
My company does not have any offices other then in US, so in what means can they employ me and pay me ( as once i am out of USA, i am no longer on H1)if they have to run the payroll.
If i go back to India, will my visa still be valid?
