H1 be petition approved and applying h1b for brother

Question

My brother owns 3-4 clinics and is a cardiologist and he sponsored my h1b for assiting him in his IT business.
I am a bachelor of engineer with 6+ years of industry experience.

My h1b visa is approved and need to apply h1b visa now. Waht are my chances of getting the visa?
Should i tell the consular office that my brother owns the company where I work for?
Also, I am marrie with a child and i am from Pakistan.

These aren't major red flags, but your chances of success is a lot better if you can hire an attorney who will work with you
