Wife continuing to work on her EAD, does she need to file another COS from H4 to h1 and use approved H1b?

So, here's the scenario.

I landed up in US in 2011 on L1b and my wife and son on L2. Wife got EAD based on her L2 visa and currently working.

Later she got her h1b approved. Another company applied for my COS from L1 to H1b with dependent h4. 

 

Will my wife be able to continue on her EAD till October? Or should she file another COS from H4 to H1b?
