I came to US from A Company in H1b and then Joined B company few months back here in US. Now, I am visiting my country for some time with family (H4 dependent) now
1. Do I, H1b main applicant, needs to get VISA stamped again while coming back to US from outside? I have my H1b valid till end of next year and I would be coming back staring of next year.
2. Do, my dependent H4, needs to get her H4 stamped again in my country before coming back to US? She also has got VISA valid till end of next year and would be coming back on starting of next year to USA?

1. No new stamp is necessary. But, you do need to carry documents ... talk to the company's immigration attorney
2. No, not if she carries the same papers that the immigration lawyer gave you.
