I am on F1 with OPT working for company1. I had problems with h1b getting filed on time so willing to work for company2 now.
They have filed petition with future start date. Now company1 also filed h1b petition for me.
Now, company2 is not ready to withdraw the petition, so will that affect my chances of h1b approval by company1?
