With an experience of 3.5 years in a IT consultancy, they agreed to apply for my h1b visa which was approved in Oct 2012.
At that time, they didn't have any openings in their company in US. So, I didnt get a chance to get stamp my h1b viasa.
However, they didnt share any EAC case number with me inspite of asking. Later I joined another consultancy. Will they be able to use the same EAC number to file a new cap exempt petition?
UsCIS lists my status as Post decision activity. Can you please advice?
