My h1b is almost expiring as I am in the 7th year and just got transfered to a new employer, but yet to join them.I have resigned my old company and serving my notice period.
However, my current employer wants to cancel my I-140 and might be able to cancel my h1b as well.
Will that affect my h1b transfer process that was filed before to my new employer?
