I am working for a company A and went on vacation to India from oct 16th to 27th Nov. I got an offer from company B that has two vendors in between client and company B. Now i started working for a client from company A my present employer. Now i don't have recent paystubs and want to transfer my visa to B on PP. Will there be any issues if they file transfer on PP? I can still get latest pay stubs with $0 as pay. And My wife is in India with H4 from company A. Can she come back on the same visa even after my petion is approved with B? Please advice me asap. Thanks.
