My h1b cap will expire on Sept 31st and this date is stamped on papers.
I am right now not in US, I worked for 13 months on my H1b visa, then in 2011 I had to quit from USA for family issues. I have 5 more years left on this h1b visa.
Will another company be able to sponsor my h1b after September 31st?
Or will they have to apply for another h1b?
