The Layers in H1B

My employer would like me to work on a project with the layers of:

Employer > Vendor 1- Vendor 2 (implementation partner)> Client

I will be at the office (Vendor 2) where I will work for the client project. Is this correct? Will this be the EVVC modal?

Any advice would help? I don't know what choice to make.

There are numerous choices to show employer-employee relationships in an H1B scenario. The best advice is to have your case reviewed by a lawyer and get their advice.

Hello Deepak
There are many ways of layers between consultant and Client

Consultant > Employer (Optional) > Vendor 1 (Optional) > Vendor 2 (Optional) > Implimenting partner (sometimes these people will finalise the consultants by taking interviews) (optional) >  Client

Even employer is optional, if you can get a full time job with the client on their W2. The pay rate will be better by avoiding as many layers as possible.

Hope this information is needful
