H1B Filed - April 2014.
File was picked in the H1B lottery and after 3 months file was sent back with the letter saying file wasn't picked in the lottery. Did anyone of you overcome or heard of this kind of issue ? Any suggestions on how to proceed with this issue ? Wondering if thi ever happened to someone as the lottery happened onyl 3 times for now . Suggestions or Advices hugely appreciated.
