After I was terminated from my job, I am planning to go back on H1b

My job is terminated and I am in home country. I have H1B stamp. Employer has notified CIS. and H1B pertition withdrawn

I have decided to enter US again with my current H1B stamp.
Will I be stopped at port of entry?

Not a very high probability that you will be allowed to enter the US with a revoked visa. And if you are stopped at the airport, it will go on your record. I recommend looking for jobs while outside. You may be quota exempt, so your next employer will be able to get a H1 approved for you, you can get it stamped and then enter the US legally on that visa.
