I used all of my vacations when I was on h1b, will i be able to avail unpaid leaves

Question

working on h1b, I used all my vacations and I still might need few more weeks of unpaid vacations.  Will this affect my status in any way?
Also, will I still be under the company's role and don't get paid for this kind of leave?

I currently have no pay stubs to produce. How much time will I be having for my vacation without No pay?

If I loose job on h1b, then i will have to quit US within 30 days. Company is ok with me taking leave. How long will I eligible to stay without pay?

If the leave is for personal reasons, then ask your employer. They should guide you well.
