I am working with company A and petition is valid till Mar 2017. I got offer from company B and started with H1b transfer process. Presently My H1B transfer with B went to RFE and I have the documents which they require. I have not yet joined B. Meanwhile I got a good offer from other company say C, Can I transfer my H1B visa to C while H1B visa from company B is under RFE??.
Can I decline the offer from B and don't provide the required docs to proceed with RFE..?
I have all the H1b required docs from A and still haven't resigned from A but I don't have the H1b transfer receipt number from B and not sure whether they will withdraw or revoke the transfer.
Please suggest whether H1b transfer will work with company C . I am really worried.
