I am employed by A corp on H1b. I signed a non compete/ non solicitation contract at the time of joining which says you can't work for any client/vendor of A corp.
I am working for V vendor for C client. A don't have any non compete agreement with V and C.
Now if V wants to hire me on their W2 for working on same client C. Will it work without any legal complications?
Also if I dont tell to A that I am joining V and will work for same client C, Is there any chances that A can track me and sue me?
