My i-140 was approved by employer1.My 6 year h1b would expire in October 2014 and luckily i got a job with employer2.
The lawyer of employerb filed h1b but got an extension only till December 2014, so there wont be extension after 6 years.
My employer2's lawyer is planning to refile h1b with i-140 details to request 3 year extension. is that possible?
