I work on L1 for an employer1. H1b was applied by another company2 which got approved and will be effective from Oct 1st 2013. New employer found that there is currently no project for me right now and put me on hold. Now they are thinking of revoking  my h1b as well.

Now since my h1 is getting active in October, L1 is going to deactivate so I cant continue working with employer1.

Is it possible for the employerB to file another petition once they find a suitable project for me?

Will my new petition be CAP exempted and will I be able to continue later with employerB?

If h1b is revoked then it is no longer valid. They will have to file a new one for you in case they agree.
