Converting non-capped h1b visa to capped

Question

I got a capped H1b through Company A and it got approved I-129 petition. I didn't want to join so skipped it. Later, through company B i got non-capped H1b.

Once I join a non-profit organization, can I change later to a profit based organization?
I am sure that non-profit org's visa (non-capped) cant be transferred.

But if the profit based company's H1b petition is approved and not yet stamped, can I use the same petition for h1 transfer?

Also, I can suggest that you should retain one counsel to complete h1b appropriately.
