Questions on L1A to H1b COS

Have few clarification questions regarding L1A to H1b COS process.
1. Is there an option to continue with my current L1A with employerA  if my h1b is going get approved by employerb?
2. Is there a chance that I can continue with L1A if COS if approved in next few days?
3. Can my h1b revoked by employerb?
4. Afte my h1b is approved, can h1b be transferred by employerA
