I am on valid L2 visa and my h1 is approved already. I could not use H1b as I was away from USA and I came back using my L2 visa. H1b through same employer is valid and not withdrawn.
Is it possible to file my H1b as soon as COS H1b is filed?
h1b-transfer
h1b

Remember, your COS might start in Oct 1st if you are a CAP exempt.
If your spouse has valid status of L1, then you should be having valid status with L2 as well. For further clarifications,
