I came to the US to do Masters in the field I am working in currently, however I couldn't complete the program. I had a job offer on H1B (in general category) which I took later on. Now if I want to change employers will the H1B application require my F1details?
And if my current employer files my PERM will they need my F1details?
Is there any stage in GC where my F1docs like I20, EAD are needed if I didn't have an SSN during the time i was in school and I never worked during that time, and I didn't complete my MS?

This shouldn't be a problem. You'll have to list prior visas granted at certain points, but this won't be a problem assuming you just quit and didn't violate your status by overstaying or doing paid work while on the F. It sounds like you're in good shape since you got a later visa approved
