I am working for employerB and they filed H1b for me. Will this be CAP exempt?
How many years will I get which was remaining in my employerA petition?
Will that be fresh 6 years with employer B?
Or
Will it be possible to convert H1b to L1b?

Yes it is also possible to convert from H1B to L1.
