About cancelling L1A to H1b and change of status

Question

I am working in company1 with L1A, and company2filed change of status to H1B which approved and effective from Oct 1 2013. we can not stay with two status and I will be automatically changed to H1B status from Oct 1 2013. 
Now company A ready to file GC with EB1 category and filing I-140 & I-148.

 Is there any way to stay in my current L1A status to get a GC in company1?.

You should meet with an attorney to discuss it and certainly to talk about the situation with your employers: it will depend on what 1 and 2 would like to do after they learn you changed your mind...
